With over 20 years in worship ministry, Kari Joy is driven to inspire worship that points people back to God with reverence, wonder, and surrender. Her passion is equipping worship leaders to grow in spiritual awareness, stage presence, team culture, and more so they can partner with what the Lord is doing.

Her heart is to see leaders and the Bride of Christ worship in Spirit and Truth, marked by healing and deliverance through Spirit-led worship.
