Meet Our Coach: Ripley Kai

Ripley Conklin is a Los Angeles based session and live performing guitarist. He studied under LA session guitarist and composer Joe Di’blasi (Pink Floyd, Ghostbusters, Karate Kid, Paul Anka), and received his BA in Classical Guitar Performance from Pepperdine University under Christopher Parkening and Kevin Enstrom. Ripley is well versed in many styles of music, including jazz and classical, rock, pop and soul. He was a member of the Pepperdine Jazz Ensemble, and performs and song writes with many LA based artists. He has been playing guitar for 14 years, and instructing for 8, and is excited to share the knowledge and experience he’s gained working in the industry with his students.
