Meet Our Coach: Tre Cooper
Guitar, Piano, Voice, Music Directing, Worship Leading
Tre Cooper is a worship coach, educator, and musician based in Central Illinois, devoted to raising up the next generation of musicians and worship leaders. His work is shaped by years of church ministry, private coaching, and ongoing graduate study in voice science, all focused on helping musicians lead with confidence, integrity, and long-term sustainability.
Many worship leaders love what they do, but quietly wrestle with vocal fatigue, inconsistency, or the pressure of needing to “have it” every time they lead. Being able to sing a song once is rarely the issue. The deeper question is how to sing consistently, clearly, and healthily week after week. Since earning a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, Tre has worked with singers ranging from emerging volunteers to seasoned leaders, helping them build reliable technique, stylistic fluency, and a stronger vocal presence—so strength, range, and clarity are available without strain.
Tre is sold out to the call of the Gospel, and his heart beats to raise up skilled musicians who will boldly lead the Church in worship. His coaching extends beyond the individual voice to the broader worship leading ecosystem, including set-list planning, rehearsal strategy, team communication, and tools such as Ableton and multitracks. Through science-backed, no-nonsense approaches, Tre equips singers, instrumentalists, and worship leaders to grow in confidence, power, and sustainability
